In cases of Account termination for breach of Terms, OC777 may withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance, including real-money funds and Bonus Funds, without obligation to provide reasons, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting OC777's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
